FULL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nexora Exporters, we offer digital products such as export training courses, PDF guides, and business learning materials. Since all products are delivered instantly after successful payment, our refund rules are as follows:

1. No Refund for Delivered Digital Products

Once a digital product (course, PDF, ebook, guide) has been delivered or accessed by the customer:

👉 No refund will be provided.

This is because digital items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds Are Allowed in the Following Cases

We provide refunds only under these special situations:

a) Payment was deducted but product not delivered

If money was deducted but you did not receive access:

  • Email us at info@nexoraexporters.com
  • We will verify the payment and send the product immediately
  • If we cannot deliver, a refund will be issued

b) Duplicate or accidental payment

If multiple payments were made by mistake:

  • Email the details
  • Refund will be processed for the extra payment

c) Technical error from our side

If a server or system error prevented access, we will either:

  • Deliver the digital product again, or
  • Provide a refund

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

👉 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Order Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered instantly:

👉 Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

If you placed an order by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the product yet, contact us immediately. We may assist if the product has not been delivered.
